  • PRACISE MINDFULLNESS-We often move so quickly throughout our day going from one task to the next without actually giving our mind and bodies time to relax and recover from what just happened and prepare for what is going to happen next.   • LAUGH OFTEN– Laughing decreases the levels of cortisol, which is the body’s main stress hormone. Laughter also releases endorphins which are the chemicals produced by the nervous system that help you cope with pain and stress. Look for ways to increase your laughter whether it be by socializing with friends or watching funny videos, increased laughter is proven to be a great stress reducer.

It can actually lower your stress and anxiety levels just by listening to it.Music connects with the automatic nervous system, which is where your feelings and emotions live. Studies have shown that by listening to music, it can help lower your stress response, soothe anxiety and encourage relaxation.
